We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information submitted through these forms for advertising or marketing.

Who can access your information

Client information is available only to the coach assigned to that client and authorised Health to Wealth administrators who need access to provide or manage the service. We may also use trusted service providers where needed to operate the website, store information or send service-related messages. They may handle information only for those purposes.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid submitting information that is not requested by a form.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide our services, maintain appropriate business records, and meet any legal obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified where appropriate.
