Whey thins crusted chicken
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 4 bags Whey Thins, crushed
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix salt, pepper and flour in a bowl. Whisk together eggs and milk in a separate bowl. Whisk together eggs and milk in a separate bowl.
Dredge chicken breast in flour mixture. Dip chicken in egg mixture and coat evenly. Dredge chicken in crushed Whey Thins.
Bake chicken at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until cooked. Enjoy.
- 1 scoop or stick Isagenix Greens
- 3 avocados
- 2 jalapeno peppers, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- ½ bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cumin
Smash 3 avocados in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and combine. ENJOY!
Strawberry cream mini muffins
- 2 cups almond meal
- 2 packets Strawberry Cream Flavor IsaLean PRO Shake
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp rice malt, syrup
- ¼ cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Mix almond meal, IsaLean PRO Shake, and coconut in a large bowl.
Puree strawberries in a blender or food processor. Mix the pureed strawberries and rice malt syrup.
Place spoonfuls of dough in muffin pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. ENJOY!
